Terms of use

The rules governing this site and its diagnostic tools. They do not replace the contract that governs an engagement.

Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the SWIFT CAP SARL website, its public pages and its online diagnostic tools. Browsing the site constitutes acceptance.

Work commissioned from SWIFT CAP SARL is governed by a separate contract signed by both parties. Where the two conflict, that contract prevails over these terms.

Access

Access to the public pages is free and open. The client and internal areas are reserved for holders of an account we have opened; there is no self-registration.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any action taken from your account. Tell us immediately about any access you did not authorise.

We may interrupt the service for maintenance, correction or improvement. We aim to announce planned interruptions, without being obliged to do so for public pages.

Diagnostic tools — authorised use only

The security analyser and the DNS checker send real requests to the domain you enter. Read this section before using them.

By starting a scan you declare that you own the domain being scanned, or that you hold written authorisation from its owner. That declaration is recorded with the request.

Scanning a system without authorisation is a criminal offence in Morocco under Law 07-03 on offences against automated data processing systems. Responsibility lies with the person who runs the scan, not with the publisher of the tool.

You may not:

  • scan a domain you do not own and are not authorised to test;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, authorisation checks or destination filters;
  • automate the tools, query them in bulk, or embed them in another service without written agreement;
  • use the results to prepare an intrusion, an extortion attempt or any other unlawful act.

The tools are deliberately passive: they observe publicly exposed information — headers, DNS configuration, certificate — and attempt no exploitation, no authentication and no writes. Certain destinations are refused by design: internal addresses, reserved ranges, host metadata services, and institutional and banking domains.

A result is an indicator, not an audit. A high score does not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities; a low score does not mean a compromise has occurred. No security decision should rest on this report alone.

Intellectual property

The structure of the site, its text, visual identity, interface components and tools are the property of SWIFT CAP SARL and are protected by Law 2-00 on copyright and related rights.

You may read, print and quote the content for information purposes, citing the source. Commercial reproduction, systematic extraction or reuse of the visual identity requires our prior written agreement.

A report produced by a diagnostic tool belongs to you: it concerns your domain and you may do as you wish with it.

Liability

Site content is provided for information. We maintain it carefully, without warranting that it is free of error or suited to your particular situation.

The diagnostic tools are provided as is, with no warranty of availability or accuracy. We are not liable for a decision taken on the strength of an automated report alone.

We are not answerable for the content of third-party sites we link to; a link is not an endorsement.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.

Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance falls to the Moroccan courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SWIFT CAP SARL.

Changes

We may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page at the time of your visit; its update date appears at the top.
